Linda E. (Adams) Soltes

Soltes, Linda E., 61, Windber died July 24, 2016 at Conemaugh Hospice.  Born Apr. 1, 1955 in Johnstown daughter of the late John Q., Jr., and Stella P. (Bartlebaugh) Adams. Also preceded in death by sister Cindy Snyder, and nephews Jeff Lewis, Shawn Adams & Matthew Book, and niece Annette (Rogers) Shaw.

Survived by husband Paul, Windber, and daughter Michelle, fiancee of Jeff Baumgartner, Altoona.

Sister of Quincy Adams, Harrisburg, Elaine, wife of Michael Book, TX, Diane Adams, Johnstown, Paul, married to former Nancy Beam, Gray, Samuel Adams, NV, & Paula Adams, Hollsopple.  Also survived by sisters-in-law Elizabeth Fleegle, Windber, Bonnie Klinger, Central City, and Mary Lewis, MD., and numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda was an avid couponer and refunder. She loved to go camping and boating, and spending time with her family especially her daughter Michelle.  She was medical secretary for Dr. Kastelic.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc., Windber where service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday.  The Rev. Paul Adams, brother of the deceased will officiate.  Entombment Richland Cemetery Mausoleum.  Memorial contributions may be made to either American Cancer Society or Humane Society in Linda’s memory.
