Jeanelle D. Santucci

Santucci, Jeanelle D., 61, Windber, passed away surrounded by her loving daughters on March 14, 2017 at home, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born October 11, 1955 in Cumberland, Md, daughter of William and Ada (Dawson) Bedore. Preceded in death by Mother, grandson, Seth Baughman. Survived by her Father; loving daughters, Antoinette D. (Santucci) Baughman and companion Scott Penrod, Windber; Nicole (Santucci) married to Michael Hayosteck, Johnstown; grandchildren, Destanie Baughman, Tre Wallace, Mya Santucci, and Hunter Heriot; great grandson, Caden; Siblings, William Miller, Phoenix, Az; and Jeannette, wife of Roy Wirick, Richland Twp. Also beloved best friend Anthony Santucci, Johnstown; as well as best friends Cindy Mash and Cathy and Floyd Shoemaker, Nieces, Teressa Lowery and Faith Miller; nephews, Jason Wirick and Larry Hoffman. Jeanelle worked as a social worker for developmentally disabled persons. She enjoyed helping others and worked in this field for many years. She loved to travel and had visited many places. Her greatest joy was her daughters and her family. In her words… “Don’t cry for me… I want you to dance like a fool.”  Friends received at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 19, for her celebration of life at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., 1312 Graham Ave. Windber, Cathy Shoemaker, officiating.
