Cynthia L. Khula-Turner

Khula-Turner, Mrs. Cynthia L., 58, Windber.  Passed away Sept. 25, 2015 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born June 8, 1957 in Windber.  Daughter of John R. and Helen L. (Richnavsky) Khula.  Preceded in death by father.

Survived by mother, husband of 15 years Kenneth Turner, brother John R. Khula, and fiancee Tammy Gordon, South Fork and step-daughters Christina, wife of Ron Kralic, Beaver Falls, PA, and Kerry, wife of Adam Brennan, Boonton, NJ.  Grandsons Dean and Graham Kralic and Turner Brennan.

Also special friends Kathy Yaworski, Aaron and Courtney Quinn and their children Haidyn, Hailah, and Harlow.

Member Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, Windber.

Cindy was employed as a medical transcriptionist for over 40 years.  She also taught medical transcription at Penn Highlands Community College.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber, where vigil for the deceased will be held.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, Windber.  Fr. Anthony Petracca, assistant pastor.  Committal St. John Cantius Cemetery, Windber.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cambria County Humane Society in memory of Cindy. www.meekfuneralhome.com.
