Agnes L. "Mickey" (Hunter) Decker

Decker, Agnes L., “Mickey”, 91, Willowick, OH formerly of Central City passed to new life July 18, 2016 in Willowick.  She leaves behind husband Howard Decker, classmate at Shade Twp. High School and graduated together in 1943.  When Howard returned from Europe after WW II romance blossomed and they were married Aug. 4, 1947.  After marriage they came to Cleveland where Howard worked for GE. Mickey was a very devoted, loving, loyal, and intelligent woman. She is survived by husband Howard, daughter Michelle, sisters Ann, widow of Floyd Hoffman, Windber, & Ruth, wife of Ray Mishler, Boswell, and sisters-in-law Willmae, widow of Lloyd Decker, Buckstown, & Margie, widow of Jay Hunter, Windber  Also survived by many nieces and nephews including special nephew Jason Hunter, Windber. Longtime member of auxiliary to VFW Post 2926, Cleveland, and Shoregate UMC, Willowick.  The family will receive friends from 11:30 until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc., Windber. The Rev. Ronald St. Clair, officiating.  Interment to follow at Berkey Cemetery.
